About NewCutList
NewCutList helps you organise part lists, optimise sheet layouts and export the results. These terms cover the NewCutList website and apps. By using the service, you agree to these terms. For any questions, contact support@newcutlist.com.
Your account
Register with a valid email address and keep your login details safe. You can manage signed-in devices from your account page. If you notice an unfamiliar device or sign-in, change your password or contact support.
Free and Pro
NewCutList offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Features, pricing and AI image recognition allowances are described in the plan you choose when subscribing. The final payment amount and taxes are shown at checkout.
Pro renews automatically each month or year, according to the billing option you choose. You can cancel through billing management on your account page and keep using Pro until the current paid period ends. Free-tier limits then apply, while local projects and layout history remain on your device. See Subscriptions & Refunds to request a refund.
AI credits are shared across devices on your account, and your account page shows the balance. Only successful recognition uses credits. Failures and timeouts use none, and retries of the same request do not use additional credits. Both monthly and yearly billing include 200 recognitions each month. With yearly billing, credits refresh monthly from the start of the paid year. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
Projects and backups
Your projects, images and exports remain yours. Please make sure you have the right to use anything you upload. Rights in the NewCutList software and brand remain with their respective owners.
Projects are stored on your current device. Signing in does not automatically sync them. Export backups regularly: clearing browser data, uninstalling or device failure may cause data loss. We cannot recover device-only projects from our servers.
Check before cutting
Layouts and AI recognition help with your work. Before cutting, check dimensions, units, quantities, kerf and sheet settings, and make sure the recognised data and layout suit your workshop process. The software does not guarantee a mathematically optimal layout every time.
PDFs are for viewing and printing, DXF files exchange contours with CAM software, and cutting guidance is for manual reference. They do not replace machine toolpaths or on-site judgement.
Fair use
Do not misuse accounts, bypass licensing, unlawfully resell access or interfere with system security. We may restrict accounts that break these rules. Contact support if you have questions.
Sign-in, subscription updates and image recognition need an internet connection. Maintenance or network issues may affect these features. To use Pro offline, verify your subscription online first and reconnect when the app asks you to. Contact us if you need help.
Deleting your account
You can request account deletion in the app. Deletion ends linked subscriptions and account access, but does not automatically refund payments or erase local projects. Back up anything you want to keep. You can still request eligible refunds by email.
Updates and contact
Updates to these terms will appear here, and we will notify you of important changes as needed. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. You can contact us by email with any questions.
