Core capabilities

A cutting tool built for the workshop

From part list to delivery drawings, every step is carefully designed.

Material yield first

A fixed lexicographic evaluation: yield first, then same-part grouping, then offcut concentration. Transparent rules, deterministic results — the same input always produces the same plan.

Offcuts concentrated

Parts pack toward one end of the sheet so offcuts merge into one large reusable block instead of scattered scraps. Qualified offcuts go straight into your offcut stock for the next project.

PDF customer reports

Multi-page A4 reports with overview statistics and per-sheet layouts in a soft cream palette, print-friendly and available in 17 languages — ready to hand to your customer.

DXF for CAM

One DXF file per sheet: fixed millimeter units, closed rectangular contours and a manifest CSV, ready to import into SCM Maestro, HOMAG woodWOP and other CAM software.

AI handwriting recognition

Snap a photo of a handwritten cut list and AI turns it into part rows, highlighting each cell for your confirmation. Pay per use — only successful recognitions are charged.

Local-first & private

All nesting runs on your device; drawings and lists are never uploaded. Servers only handle account licensing and AI recognition, and a 45-day offline grace period keeps you working.

FAQ

You might be wondering

About data privacy, offline use and licensing.

Are my part lists and drawings uploaded to a server?
No. Nesting, PDF and DXF export all run locally on your device, and projects live in a local database. Servers only provide account licensing and AI handwriting recognition — and only when you explicitly run a recognition does the photographed list leave your device for that request.
Does it work offline?
Yes. After signing in and verifying online once, you get a 45-day offline grace period with full functionality. Reconnect once before it expires to renew automatically.
What does the lifetime license mean?
A single one-time payment unlocks everything. The license is attached to your account and works across Web, Windows, Linux and Android, with up to 3 devices signed in at the same time.
What are the limits of the free tier?
Up to 10 formal part rows per project, a branded watermark on exported PDFs, and no DXF export. The nesting engine itself is identical to the paid version — upgrading removes all limits instantly.
Can the exported DXF drive a CNC machine directly?
Not directly. DXF is a contour exchange format: import each sheet into your CAM software (e.g. SCM Maestro, HOMAG woodWOP), which generates the final machining program from your tooling and machine configuration.
Which languages are supported?
The interface and PDF drawings support 17 languages including Chinese and English. Drawing language can be chosen independently, handy for overseas customers.
